RED WINE PRODUCTION
Maceration for 25-30 days at a controlled temperature of 24/28°C. Pump-overs are done with oxygen addition and followed by soft pressing. Being a full-bodied and tannic wine, after the fermentation it is refined through micro-oxygenator. This process softens tannins and imparts elegance into the wine.

ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITIES
Unquestionably an excellent wine of intense ruby-red color with violet hues when young that become more a burgundy shade with the aging process. Its aroma is vinous, slightly grassy with a hint of raspberry and sour cherry. As it ages it becomes refined, smooth, delicate, harmonious with a subtle fragrance of violet.

TO ADD TO
