It is born from the careful selection of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes of our production and aged in small oak casks.

VINIFICATION OF RED WINES
Traditional vinification. Maceration of the crushed grapes for 6/8 days at a controlled temperature of 24°/28°C with daily remixing, then aged in small oak casks.

ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITIES
The maturation of this splendid wine happens in barriques, then it continues the refinement in bottle before the marketing. From the color red intense and bright ruby, it has an ample and persistent perfume, harmonic, velvety and justly tannic. Persuasive, balmy and spicy.

TO ADD TO
It pleasantly accompanies to flat tasty, roast, game and seasoned cheeses.

VALUE OF THE WINE
Alcohol 12,50 - 13,00% Vol.

TEMPERATURE
18°/20°C. We suggest to let the wine decant for at least 30 minutes before serving for proper aeration.
