The origins of the Prosecco Glera vine are uncertain, but it most probably comes from the Venezia Giulia region or areas even further to the east. The most esteemed are the sparkling and spumanti varieties of the Prosecco DOC of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.

TERROIR
Clayey, stoney and slightly alkaline

FERMENTATION
In small tanks with a maximum capacity of 40/80 quintals for a period of approx. 40 days at a temperature of 16/17°C until reaching 5.5ATM with a sweetness grade of 2.2.

ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITIES
Light straw yellow color with characteristic fragrance reminiscent of acacia blossoms, wisteria or even wildflowers and crabapple blossoms. Distinctive, balanced flavor with abundant effervescence. Continuous, very fine-grain perlage.
